Label Printers

Bartender

BarTender is licensed to bartendercpvt@complete-pet.com and managed through the BarTender portal.

Zebra Printers

Two Zebra Printers are used for Label Control, a Zebra ZD421 203DPI, and a Zebra GX420D. These are installed via Zebra Setup Utilities.

Quirks

  • In Setup Utilities Test Connection can be used to determine if there is a physical connection issue or if the printer isn’t talking.
  • In Setup Utilities, under Open Printer Tools, calibrate media can be run on printers with print formatting issues.

JADEN Printers

For QT9, a fleet of Jaden 268BT printers were sent out to be used across the company. These are installed via their driver.

These printers are highly tempermental on Windows installs and can break if added the normal way of adding printers through Devices and Printers. These should be connected by USB whenever possible.

For the iPads, printing is done via the Jaden Printers app. To print from the web (e.g. QT9), you’ll need to print in QT9, and then hit the share button to the app.
